Shipping policy

All apparel is drop-shipped by Printiful. Each product is made to order. Expected shipping is typically within one business week for any and all apparel items; i.e. Women's or Men's clothing or accessories. 

All 3D printed model sets are made to order unless otherwise noted as in-stock. In-stock items will ship the same day. Out-of-Stock items will typically ship within 72 business hours. The process of 3D printing can cause errors in the models. When this occurs we will reprint your models at no charge to ensure you receive the best model we can produce.  Over time, we plan to have miniature model sets in-stock and ready to ship. This will take time to build up our inventory.

All laser engraved products, custom painted miniatures, custom 3D printed requests, cosplays, terrain pieces, are subject to subject to delays and a non. We strive to ensure every project meets it's deadline.   

International Shipping may be subject to Tax and Import Duties beyond our control. All 3d printed objects are listed as Scale Model Kits. It is paramount, you research your countries tax implications for all orders shipped outside the United States.
