Do you ship international?

Currently, we offer shipping within the Continental U.S.A, Canada, Mexico, Australia, United Kingdom and most of Europe.
The GK2 and GK3 Ultra are not available for internal shipping due to their size & weight.
If you are interested in a product, please contact us. We can quote you for international shipment.

International Shipping may be subject to Tax and Import Duties beyond our control. All 3d printed objects are listed as Scale Model Kits. It is paramount, you research your countries tax implications for all orders shipped outside the United States.

We are a small business. We are not a manufacturer of these items. Most made to order items require extensive time and labor. Once we have shipped an item or begun printing an order, we have a strict no refund policy.

Can your Armor/Helmet Fit me?

Yes. Typically all armor sets and or helmets are scaled to fit.
Once an order is placed you will receive a measurement guide within 24 hours.
IMPOTRANT: If we do not receive the guide back within two weeks and we do not hear from, we will begin printing your armor at 100% scale. (Fits a 6' tall, 200lb Male).
I don't know how to measure myself.

Our measurement guide includes a diagram and written instructions on how to measure yourself. It is very simple and straightforward.
You shipped me the wrong size!

Orders with printed with measurement guides will leave wiggle room. This is for padding and clothing to fit underneath. This is also to ensure you can get inside of it. If it is too small, please contact us.
Exceptions: Delays in completing the measurement guide (after two weeks w/o contact) will force us to print a standard size (100% scale armor/helmet).
